As a EU Project Lead and Technical Analyst, you will work in the Research and Development team and closely with our CTO & COO. Your role will be to lead European Horizon projects, implement projects with our consortium partners, and addressing technical requirements with the support of the development team.

You will have frequent communication with other team members and you should expect travel for projects. The position can be fully remote if the candidate is living outside the country.

Responsibilities

• Attend joint meetings with (new) partners to support our Heads of and explain our technology and advise on technical requirements
• Be hands-on and passionate about installing and testing our and other solutions that can be implemented in new developments and MVPs
• Support in the development of new funding opportunities 
• Preparation and delivery of project deliverables.
• Responsible for the oversight, design and lead implementation of our software solutions based upon project needs
• Evaluate use cases and specify technical requirements and propose appropriate software design and implementation decisions to develop a solution
• Define and specify infrastructure and technical architectures
• Work hand in hand with project managers to make sure all requirements of the projects are met
• Work with external and internal developers, as well as project partners to design algorithms, flowcharts, visual concepts and user stories
• Deliver project-defined outcomes in collaboration with internal teams and partners and communicate feedback, problems, requirements and suggestions to developers in a structured way.
• Along with designated project manager, document project status reports, and handle every other communication for the management 

Qualifications

• 3+ years working in FP7, H2020 or alike initiative in research and development projects
• 3+ years previous experience in software development in at least two of the following fields: Web, Mobile, Backend Solid understanding of REST API specification, design principles and related tools (Swagger, etc.)
• Experience in technical consulting and strong interaction with external parties
• Strong communicator and a high level of fluency in spoken and written English
• Experience in the Internet of Things and Machine Learning. Experience in blockchain, security, personal data protection (i.e., GDPR) is a plus
• Experience in writing and leading technical work for EU and other public funded grants preferred
